Terms of service

General info:

• I have the right to cancel your commission if you break or don't follow my TOS.
• I reserve the right to deny customer service for any reason. I am not obliged to disclose said reason for rejection.
• You have to be over 18 years old to be able to commission me. If necessary, I can ask for your ID for confirmation. If you are not over 18, your legal guardian must make the purchase for you.
• You can ask for a quote even when under 18 years old, but the purchase must be done after being 18+

Quality disclaimer: 

• My work is fully handmade so there may be occasional imperfections, errors or symmetry issues. None of these mistakes should impact the wear ability and comfort of the finished suit. I always make sure to make the best product I can, but I am only a human making these by hand and from scratch.
• Please report any issues you might have as soon as possible after the arrival of your suit.
• Even though I always buy the best quality materials I'm able to get, sometimes even these might be faulty from the manufacturer and cause issues in the long run.
• I do not work with premade bases by other makers or faux fur already bought by you or others. If you need a particular color from a seller I can try to order it, but this is not always possible. This can only be an exception for discussion if the fur for your suit is discontinued and such.
• If you request an experimental feature that I have not made before, I cannot guarantee the highest quality. This might apply to LED lights, full on scales or other features I have not worked with yet.

Payment:

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, Wise or PayPal
• Within 48 hours of approval into the commission queue, clients are required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit for their slot. If this isn't met, a new project will be picked instead and you will lose your reserved slot.
• Full upfront payment is preferred, payment plans are possible in 2-6 payments on a weekly or monthly basis. We can discuss making longer payment plans if needed.
• Payments under 160€ must be sent as full upfront payment. 30% non-refundable deposit still applies.
• If you need to delay your payments you have to let me know beforehand and communicate about it in time. Any delayed payment for more than three weeks without communication can get you charged with a fee or get your commission completely canceled without a refund.
• The finished product will be shipped only when the quoted payment with shipping costs has been fully paid.

Refunds:

• Please be sure you want the commission and if it is within your budget before purchase! Notify me as soon as you consider a cancellation to not waste anyone's time.
• 30% of the full quoted cost is non-refundable as stated above in Payments. Only exception is if I cannot complete the commission at all due to family or life issues.
• If you ask for a refund before your commission is being started, you'll be getting the already paid amount back besides the 30% down payment. Any refunds made during the process of your commission will be counted based on how much work has been done on your commission.
• If you've got refunded and the fursuit was in the process, it will be remade to reflect a new character and sold as a premade. I won't be sending you the unfinished fursuit or the materials bought for your commission.
• There are no possible refunds after the project is nearly (about 80% finished) or fully finished.
• If a commission is abandoned, meaning that I don't have any replies from your side for more than two months, there is no refund option whatsoever.
• If a commission is canceled due to a TOS violation, harassment, nonpayment, or any other action done that is harmful to me, my business or my followers, there will be no refund option.
• Refunds are sent back using the same payment method used to pay for the commission/premade.
• Refunds can take up to 3 months to recieve.

Communication:

• Contact is done via telegram (strongly preferred), twitter or instagram direct messages.
• I will need at least two possible ways for communication with you. Preferably one or two social media accounts and email.
• If I happen to not reply to your message in 48 hours, you can send a new message or contact me through different social sites.
• Communication should stay on a somewhat professional level. I'm okay if you react to stuff with stickers or small talk, but keep your responses somewhat understandable and clear when discussing important stuff and approvals.
• English is not my first language and sometimes there may be misspellings or misunderstandings of words from my side. I might need you to explain some things better, though this should not affect the communication process at all.

Requirements:

 Reference sheet:

• Clear, unshaded and full with at least two views (3 or more for complex designs) of your character to work with. This excludes artistic liberty commissions and adopted fursuit designs.
• I WILL NOT work with AI generated reference sheets, designs or reference pictures, no exception. I also will not work with VR avatar screencaps.
• While working on your commission I'm sticking with the reference sheet you sent me. If you wish to make any changes while your commission is in progress I may charge you a fee for the changes depending on the complexity and difference from your reference. Be sure to check all your details on the reference sheet before sending it to me.
• I can also offer help with editing the design to make it look good on fursuit. This is a completely optional service. You can ask for this service and then deny the edits to the design without any reasons given

Other:

• Head measurement for head commissions (and any other commission type that includes a head)
• For armsleeves commissions that don't come with a bodysuit: Arm measurements
• For commissions that include feetpaws: Comfy new and clean unworn shoes of your size (preferred) or your shoe size
• For bodysuit/halfbody commissions: DTD (duct tape dummy)
• If your DTD is not made properly or the measurements are wrong, I am not responsible for any fitting issues.
• you will be provided with a guide on how to create one upon commissioning.

Style:

• I do not work with copyrighted characters. This includes but is not limited to: Pokemon, Disney, Anime, ect.
• I only make fursuits in my specific style. You can send me inspirational pictures from other makers about certain details, but I will edit them to match my style and I will never copy or replicate another maker's style.

Turn around time:

• Completion time really varies since fursuit making isn't my full time job yet and I always work on multiple projects at the same time to stay motivated.
• Queue does not have a set order and it may change due to multiple reasons, for example: DTD not delivered in time, not communicating, furs and other materials being out of stock, late payments, ect.
• Wait time is usually 2-4 months for parts and 6-12 months for partials and digi fullsuits. There is no guarantee about these times, it may take longer or be finished earlier.
  

Work in progress

• You will always see the WIP (work in progress) pictures first, before I post them to any of my socials.
• I send WIP photos mostly for big updates that need your approval (base carving, patterns and markings, nearly finished things, etc.). Please make sure you don't forget to check everything before approving as edits later on might not be possible or a fee could be charged. Smaller WIP pictures might occur in between so you know I'm making progress on your suit.
• I try to update my Trello in real time as I'm working on things, feel free to check my activity there or on my socials to know what I'm working on besides your commission.
• Please do not contact me about progress every few days. If I have any updates to show, I will send them to you.

Warranty and repairs:

• Free repair warranty is available for 90 days after the suit's arrival. All you have to pay is shipping to me and I pay for the shipping back to you. This applies only to issues caused by me and not rough handling of the suit or possible shipping damages
• Repairs after the warranty ends are available and cost will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Shipping both ways must be covered by the commissioner.
• If you, as a commissioner, want to repair your suit by yourself, but need help with how to do so, contact me at any time and I'll try my best to help you. Modifying the suit in any way will void the warranty, so please be sure to ask me before doing it.
• All things shipped back to me must be fully cleaned. A cleaning fee or refusal to do any service may be applied if I deem the fursuit to stink or be noticeably dirty/stained.
• Using the fursuit for sexual activities will cancel the warranty automatically and no repairs are possible from my side. Altough you can still ask on how to repair it and I will help you via messages.

Shipping:

• Shipping is calculated and paid after the fursuit is completed and packed. I will not send/deliver your completed fursuit until the full amount with shipping cost is paid.
• Once your item is shipped, I am NOT responsible for what happens to it. It is up to the buyer to take action if a package goes missing. That said, all packages will be sent with a shipping option that includes a tracking number.
• Keep in mind that I´m from the Czech Republic (Europe) and shipping outside the EU can be pretty pricey and customs fees will most likely occur.
• Con delivery is possible, if I'm also attending and I'm able to bring your fursuit with me. You might need to pay for my extra luggage if I'm traveling by public transport.
• Pick up in person can be discussed. You must let me know in advance and I reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse the meet up without any reason given.

Publicity:

• Your commission will be publicly listed on the waitlist/queue on my Trello.
• I will be posting WIP pictures on my social media platforms (don´t worry, you´ll see update pictures before they go public). If you wish, I can post the pictures without your character's name or tagging you, if you want to keep your commission as a mild secret.
• I reserve the right to use any photography or videos that I took or paid for of the commissioned fursuit or parts as posts to my social media accounts, website and possible promotional purposes.

Allergies:

• Please make sure to inform me about ANY possible allergies before commissioning (animal hair, serious food allergies (peanuts and such, etc.) or any other.
• I work in a pet friendly workspace (cats and dogs).
• Even though everything is cleaned before delivery, there might still be possible allergens left. It is then up to you to properly clean your suit before use if you feel it is needed.

Keep in mind:

• Keep in mind that proper care and storage will help a lot to keep the fursuit looking nice in the long run. Care guide will be provided when commissioning and all questions regarding this topic can be asked anytime after the commission is delivered.
• Fursuiting, especially in a fullsuit, will impair your vision, hearing, ability to move, and will attract attention from others. Fursuits are hot, and you will be sweating in them.
• Remember to disinfect your fursuit after each use and to drink plenty of water. Fursuits will not last forever, but if you take good care of yours, it can last for many years.
